SMS alerts for Agent Blocked

Agent Blocked can send optional text alerts when one of your connected agents needs help. SMS is only used when you choose it for an alert profile and agree to receive text messages.

How to turn SMS on

Create or edit an alert profile, enter your phone number, choose text messages as the channel, and check the SMS agreement box. The box is unchecked by default.

SMS is optional

You can use email or voice alerts instead. You do not need to turn on SMS to use Agent Blocked.

SMS agreement

I agree to receive recurring transactional SMS alerts from Agent Blocked at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies based on my agent activity and alert settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. SMS alerts are optional and consent is not required to use Agent Blocked. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
