Terms

Terms of use

Last updated: June 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Agent Blocked, a service that helps AI and LLM agents ask humans for help when they encounter credentials, approvals, unclear direction, low confidence, tool failures, or other configured blockers.

Using the service

You are responsible for configuring alert profiles, selecting the correct contact channel, testing delivery, protecting tokens, and validating provider integrations before relying on Agent Blocked in production workflows.

Accounts and access

Some features require a signed-in account. Profile management links and scoped agent webhook tokens are bearer credentials. Keep them private, rotate exposed tokens, and only share access with people authorized to manage your agents or notifications.

Alerts and delivery

Agent Blocked may send email, SMS, or voice notifications through third-party providers. Delivery is best-effort and can fail because of provider downtime, rate limits, quiet hours, subscription state, incorrect contact details, network issues, or misconfiguration. Do not use Agent Blocked as the only safety mechanism for critical systems.

SMS Terms

By selecting SMS alerts and providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Agent Blocked related to your configured AI agent incidents and alert profile. Message frequency varies based on your settings and agent activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact support@agentblocked.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS alerts are optional. You may choose other available notification channels, such as email or voice, where supported. Consent to receive SMS alerts is not required to use Agent Blocked.

Billing and trials

Paid plans are handled through Stripe. Checkout starts the selected subscription with the displayed trial period and plan cadence. Stripe Billing Portal is used for payment methods, plan changes, and cancellation when billing is active. Real webhook alert routing is limited to profiles with trialing, active, or friend beta subscription status.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to send spam, harassment, abusive content, or unlawful communications.
  • Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, regulated data, or highly sensitive personal information in incident reasons or details.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, subscription checks, or provider restrictions.
  • Do not use the service in a way that degrades the product or third-party provider infrastructure.

Customer content

You are responsible for the incident payloads, instructions, agent names, and other content you send to Agent Blocked. You should only submit information you have the right to use and route through the configured providers.

Changes and availability

The service may change over time as integrations, pricing, providers, and product features evolve. Agent Blocked may suspend or limit access to protect the service, comply with law or provider rules, resolve abuse, or address security and operational issues.
